I realized that I was out of spray starch this weekend, and The Rev was out of shirts. I remembered reading one of Meredith’s posts about using powdered starch. I googled cornstarch vs. laundry starch, and ended up on the Argo & Kingsford website. According to their directions, cornstarch will work as a laundry starch.

Low-Carb Leftovers

This morning we awoke to the smell of turkey bones simmering in my crockpot. I was pleasantly surprised to see the dark, rich pot of stock. After straining, there was 6 cups, which I poured into three containers for freezing. I can’t believe I’ve actually paid for this in a grocery store before!
